Fit for the Future is a project at KMPT which was part of a consultation to restructure the trust's organisation - from care groups to localities. This meant we needed a way of engaging with our staff to get their thoughts on the proposals and also raise awareness once the restructure was confirmed. This involved creating infographics of the proposals as well as what we did to consult with staff.
This work was well received and the restructure has now happened within the trust. I have since created structure charts for staff to keep them in the loop with all the updates around the trust.
