Josh tweeted early in 2017 looking for a designer to work with, so I messaged him and he decided to work with me on his upcoming project. Josh asked me to design the single cover for his new single 'Checkmate'.
As soon as Josh mentioned it was called ‘Checkmate’ I instantly thought of a chess piece. This was the basis of the design so we worked through ideas and finally got to this outcome. I am so proud of this and would like to thank Josh for giving me this opportunity as this is my first official single cover.
