This design was created under a really tight deadline as we had only found out we needed to design it three days before it needed to be submitted for approval. This meant I worked late for two nights to get it all done and I'm really pleased with the final result.
The document was split into four parts, and I chose to represent each section with a different colour from the NHS colour palette, with all text and elements being in that colour throughout the document.
