Another project created at work for Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. This time was to create some icons to represent our trust values. We originally were tasked with creating a triangle diagram to explain what our values were, but I had the idea of creating some icons so that they can be more visual.
I then worked on creating illustrations for each value, so I chose a shaking hands icon for 'Respect', a heart for 'Open', an illustration of staff faces for 'Accountable', two stick figures high-fiving for 'Working Together', some cogs for 'Innovative' and a star for 'Excellence'.
I then used the colours from the NHS Colour Palette to finish them off, adding the name of the value to the top of each icon. We then created a square poster of these values, which we got printed as stick-on vinyls to be displayed across the trust.
I am really proud of these as they are still being used to this day and are present on every poster, leaflet and flyer.
