Another project from my time at college. This time involved creating some artwork based on the 8-Bit design style that you can see on Super Mario Bros etc.
We had to choose some subjects that we wanted to create the artwork on. Throughout my time at college, I had created a lot of artwork of Zayn and Emeli Sandé, so I chose to do them again, as I felt that particularly Emeli's iconic quiff would be a challenge.
I had created both of these and was really proud of them, but I felt like I had to do a trio of them as I had quite enjoyed doing them, even though they were quite a long process. I then tried to think of someone else I could create one of these for. Then I remembered seeing Lady Gaga's album cover for her album 'Joanne' and thought that the big pink hat would look good in the 8-Bit design.
I created this and thought they were all perfect and I'm really proud of them.
